The Economic Development Agency Brandenburg is headed by the Executive Board, Dr Steffen Kammradt and Sebastian Saule.
Dr Steffen Kammradt
is the CEO of the WFBB Executive Board.
He is responsible for investment projects, business location and business cluster development, WFBB labour and human resources, fundamental issues of corporate development, press, public relations and marketing as well as the representation of the corporation.
The career of Dr Steffen Kammradt
After studying political science at the Free University of Berlin, Dr Steffen Kammradt first worked as a press and public relations advisor for the executive board of Demokratischer Aufbruch (DA) in East Berlin and then as a spokesperson for the Berlin Senator for Finance.
In 1996, he completed his doctorate and joined Herlitz Falkenhöh AG in Berlin as Head of Marketing. From 2001 to 2008, Dr Kammradt was employed as Head of Marketing and Communications at ZAB ZukunftsAgentur Brandenburg GmbH and as Head of Press/Public Relations as well as spokesperson for the Minister for Economic Affairs of the State of Brandenburg. In 2008, he took over the management of ZAB ZukunftsAgentur Brandenburg GmbH, now the Economic Development Agency Brandenburg (WFBB).
The career of Sebastian Saule
After Sebastian Saule passed his Second State Examination in Law in 1998, he assumed executive positions at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Palatinate region in Ludwigshafen, the German-Australian Chamber of Commerce in Sydney, and finally as Head of the Department of Location Policy, International at the Koblenz Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 2010 to 2015, he worked for Berlin Partner GmbH as Head of the Foreign Trade Division, Head of the Business Service I Division and Head of the Industrial Production, Optics and Berlin Districts Division.
In June 2015, Sebastian Saule became managing director of ZAB ZukunftsAgentur Brandenburg GmbH, now the Economic Development Agency Brandenburg (WFBB), and acted as CEO of ExpoCenter Airport Berlin Brandenburg GmbH until 2019.
