Brandenburg companies are leaders in the areas of microsystem technology, sensor engineering, electronic components, automation and in power supply applications. Brandenburg’s national importance in micro- and nanoelectronics is underscored by the federal project ‘Research Factory Microelectronics’.
Together with Berlin, around 210 companies with over 31,000 employees are active in this sector.
