Our Specialist Unit for Sustainable Mobility Solutions

Drive turnaround and challenges in the mobility sector

Germany’s goal of achieving climate neutrality is posing major challenges for the mobility sector, and others. All modes of transport are to be gradually converted to sustainable drive concepts that no longer rely on the consumption of fossil energy.

Electric and hydrogen mobility are set to play a central role in future.

In addition to the market ramp-up of the corresponding vehicle fleets, the rapid and demand-oriented expansion of the required filling/charging infrastructure is the focus of the activities of the Specialist Unit for Sustainable Mobility Solutions (SAEW). The unit is supporting this process together with the main players in Brandenburg’s business and public administration.

Information on numerous services for local authorities and companies as well as facts and figures on electric and hydrogen mobility can be found on the Brandenburg Energy Portal.
