Our Department WFBB Labour – Skilled Workforce and Qualification ensures that this will remain the case in the future by providing a comprehensive range of services and advice.

Here you will find information, advice and services on such topics as strategic human resources development, skills development through training, qualification and knowledge transfer, mobilisation of skilled labour potential, continuing training advice, skilled workforce monitoring and corresponding funding opportunities. 
 
The Department’s tasks also include the transfer of knowledge from universities to the economy. 

The colleagues in the Department work in national and state-wide networks, provide information about federal and state initiatives and programmes and are contact persons for online tools such as the ‘Fachkräfteportal Brandenburg’ (the online service for living, working and learning in Brandenburg), the information and search portal for continuing training, the skilled workforce monitoring and the demographics calculator.
