Department of Start-up Services and Coordination of Innovation and Clusters

It always starts with an idea. Our staff help to turn this idea into a successful business model.

The Department supports start-ups in the pre-launch and growth phase, including start-ups by scientists and migrants.

Cooperating with the Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg counts among their tasks, and in the context of innovation promotion, the Department is responsible for coordination within the WFBB as well as between the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy, the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg and the WFBB.

In the area of cluster coordination, the Department performs key tasks in support of cluster management in the WFBB and to promote technology transfer.
