- Essentials für die Investor-Readiness: Pitch Deck, Finanzmodell, KPIs und Data Room

Session 2 (04.11.2026): Von der Story zum Term Sheet – Pitch, Outreach & Verhandlung
Verwandle deine Idee in ein Term Sheet. Lerne, wie du einen überzeugenden Pitch entwickelst, gezielt Investor:innen ansprichst und souverän verhandelst – ohne in die typischen Fundraising-Fallen zu tappen.
Du lernst:
- Storytelling für Investor:innen: Struktur, Flow und Proof Points, die überzeugen
- Pitch Delivery: Folien, Demo-Strategie, Q&A-Handling, Einwände entkräften
- Investor-Outreach: Targeting, Warm vs. Cold, Sequenzen für erfolgreiche Meetings
- Verhandlungs-Basics: Bewertung vs. Verwässerung, wichtige Term-Sheet-Klauseln etc.
Red Flags & typische Fallen: unpassende Investor:innen, „leaky processes“, Vanity Metrics etc.
Zum Referenten:
Erdinç Koç ist der Head des MTH Accelerator (MediaTech Hub Accelerator) in Potsdam-Babelsberg. In dieser Rolle begleitet er technologieorientierte Startups, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle von Medien, KI, Software, XR und digitalen Technologien. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Themen Fundraising, Investment Readiness und Startup-Wachstum. So tritt er regelmäßig als Speaker bei Veranstaltungen zum Thema Finanzierung und Skalierung von Startups auf und teilt seine jahrelange Erfahrung als VC-Manager.

Session 2 (Nov 4th): From Story to Term Sheet: Pitching, Outreach & Negotiation
Turn your story into a term sheet. Learn how to craft a memorable pitch, run targeted investor outreach, and negotiate confidently—while avoiding the most common fundraising mistakes and traps.
You’ll learn:
- Storytelling for investors: structure, flow, and proof points that land
- Pitch delivery: slides, demo strategy, Q&A control, objection handling
- Investor outreach: targeting, warm vs. cold, sequences that get meetings
- Negotiation basics: valuation vs. dilution, key term-sheet clauses etc.
- Red flags & common traps: mismatched investors, leaky processes, vanity metrics, ...
About Erdinç Koç
Erdinç Koç is the Head of the MTH Accelerator (MediaTech Hub Accelerator) in Potsdam-Babelsberg. In this role, he supports technology-driven startups, particularly those operating at the intersection of media, artificial intelligence, software, XR, and other digital technologies. His focus areas include fundraising, investment readiness, and startup growth. He is a frequent speaker at events on startup financing and scaling, where he shares his extensive experience as a venture capital manager.
