Commercial and industrial area concept for the State of Brandenburg
Throughout Germany, there is an increasing demand for commercial and industrial land - and Brandenburg is no exception. In order to be able to offer investors areas ready for construction in the future, the Economic Development Agency Brandenburg (WFBB) has developed the "Commercial and Industrial Area Concept for the State of Brandenburg" on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy of the State of Brandenburg (MWAE).
Sustainable development
The commercial and industrial area concept lays the basis for sustainable development throughout the State of Brandenburg:
- Commercial and industrial areas should be developed or planned precisely where they best meet quantitative and qualitative demand.
- Environmental and sustainability aspects will increasingly come into focus in the future.
Industrial and commercial area concept
The analysis of existing commercial areas in the State of Brandenburg and the forecast of future demand for space form the basis of sustainable industrial and commercial area development.
