You want to realise your own idea, become self-employed and establish a technology-oriented company? The State of Brandenburg, the Federal Government and the EU offer you targeted support for your innovative start-up projects.
Specially designed for entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas, the State of Brandenburg offers the programme “Innovative Start-Ups”. In the first three years after creation or takeover, innovative Brandenburg companies can apply for a grant of up to 100,000 euros. Investment costs and staff expenses for new jobs, as well as external services, are eligible. Personal contributions to the eligible expenditure must be at least 25 percent.
Qualified consulting and coaching services on preparing an innovative start-up in the State of Brandenburg are available through the project “Innovation Requires Courage”. Selected external start-up advisors and business coaches provide individual support which is tailored to specific needs. Costs can be funded up to the full amount.
With “Loans For Brandenburg Start-Ups”, the Business Promotion Bank in the federal State of Brandenburg provides loans for start-ups, medium-sized companies and freelancers to finance investments and working capital held by start-ups, company successors and corporate consolidations.
“Brandenburg Microloans” is specifically available to small and medium-sized companies for up to ten years after their founding date. It is also aimed at founders of new companies, company successors and sideline entrepreneurs, who need to pre-finance contracts and projects, for instance, or need resources to acquire working capital and for investments. A small, interest-bearing loan ranging from 2,000 euros to 25,000 euros can be applied for.
The cross-border exchange programme “Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs” offers young and aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from an experienced entrepreneur who directs a small business in another participating country.
Funding is provided for travel and accommodation expenses of participating young entrepreneurs.
The Enterprise Europe Network Berlin-Brandenburg offers a free information and consultation service on investment opportunities and helps you to file an application or search for collaborative partners for a planned project.
