Small and medium-sized Brandenburg enterprises (SMEs) can receive support with the early acquisition of highly qualified young professionals, even as soon as during their studies. In this respect, the Brandenburg Innovation Skilled Workforce Directive contains the three funding elements “Brandenburg scholarship”, “working students” and “innovation assistant”.
Subsidies are provides for scholarships to complete a higher education thesis/final paper, which are based on the operational innovative work of SMEs, part-time employment of working students as part of an innovative corporate task as well as the employment of newly employed graduates of a state or state-recognised university or regulated professional career development, such as supervisors, as an innovation assistant for an innovative task in the company.
